The house surrounded by greenery and very quiet, beautiful for families, has a garden with private barbecue where children can be in peace and harmony. Equipped with air conditioning in the living area, it consists of 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, large living-dining room with sofa bed + bed furniture, open kitchenette, 2 bathrooms, laundry, veranda, large garden and parking space. There are TV , washing machine, oven, refrigerator. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, served by shuttle bus to the village and to the sea.

The house, which is located in the center of Santa Maria Navarrese about 200 meters from the town's central beach, overlooks a large square where the ancient church--built by the princess of Navarra--and the thousand-year-old olive tree are located. Not far away is the ancient Spanish Tower, another important vestige of the past that closes Santa Maria Navarrese beach to the north and is part of the system of coastal towers erected in the 16th century by King Philip II of Spain to defend the island from raids by Barbary corsairs. The apartment has two bedrooms: 1 double + 3 single beds (opp.1 double + 1 single), large living-dining room, open kitchenette, bathroom + bathroom/laundry room, large veranda facing the street + veranda/indoor courtyard. Once you arrive at the house you can forget about the car, you will have everything at your fingertips: the sea at 100 mt, restaurants and pizzerias at 50 mt, the marina from where mini cruises leave for the most beautiful coves of the Gulf of Orosei. Santa Maria Navarrese is a charming village, in the picturesque Ogliastra, 8 km from the port and airport of Arbatax, 2 hours by road from Olbia and 1 hour and 30 minutes from Cagliari, gateway to the famous coves of the Gulf of Orosei (Cala Luna, Sisine, Goloritzè, Mariolu, Biriola) and starting point for the most popular trekking routes such as the fantastic "wild blue".

The house is unique in the village for its courtyard where the town hall used to be located and public auctions were held. Guests have access to a washing machine, which is shared with guests of another apartment.

Old house (late 1800s) to which a careful conservative restoration was made that allowed the recovery of the 'grandmother's house exactly as it was almost 100 years, carefully recreating all the original features of the time, from the juniper lintels that support the roof structure to the exposed stone walls. The dwelling consists of a large kitchen, a bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed and a bedroom upstairs. In front of the house we have a comfortable garden where you can eat and enjoy the coolness. Possibility to make beautiful excursions to the mountains and to the most beautiful bays of the Gulf of Orosei: Cala Sisine, Cala Luna, Cala Goliritze.
